As a licensed clinical social worker and mental health therapist, I bring warmth and compassion to my practice, dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive environment for my clients. With expertise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems informed (IFS), I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. I focus on helping teens and adults address challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, parenting concerns, and LGBTQ+ matters.
My telehealth-only practice allows me to connect with clients flexibly and accessibly, ensuring that support is available exactly when and where it’s needed.
I am deeply committed to creating positive change. I have a strong passion for working with women and teens, and I am equally devoted to supporting the LGBTQ+ community. I am passionate about empowering my clients to navigate their mental health journeys and achieve personal growth. Together, we will explore and build resilience, fostering a path toward healing and well-being.
I'm committed to creating a calm, supportive space where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are. My approach is grounded in openness, compassion, and deep respect for your unique journey. Whether you're facing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, or navigating LGBTQ+ issues, I'm here to walk alongside you.
My journey into social work began while supporting my father through his cancer diagnosis. A compassionate oncology social worker made a lasting impression on our family, sparking in me a strong desire to offer that same care to others. I've worked across hospice care, adoption services, residential treatment, and therapy with diverse populations.
In my free time I enjoy photography, reading and visiting the Pacific Northwest.
